As at 2021, roadworthy certificates are required in Queensland for light vehicles. These are classified as any vehicle up to 4,500kg gross vehicle mass (GVM); or trailers and caravans with an aggregate trailer mass (ATM) in the range of 750kg – 3,500kg.
